Director Lineke Hofdijk was trained as an interpreter at the University of Geneva and went on to work at the European Commission. She was a freelance interpreter for the European Commission and Congrestolken from 1976 to 2002. From 1991, she was also chair of the Congrestolken board. She has been Director of Congrestolken since 2002.
